Booking
Send your booking from the form on our home page, by WhatsApp or by phone. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply with the confirmation and the boarding point.
Prices and payment
Boat prices are per boat, not per person, and include the boatman-guide and life jackets. You pay at the boarding point by UPI or cash. If you can, a 30% advance by UPI helps us hold your boat; it is not compulsory. Food at the floating restaurants and entry fees, where they apply, are paid separately.
Arrival
Please reach the boarding point 20 minutes before your time. If you arrive late, the ride may be shortened so the next group can leave on time.
Weather and safety
Boating stops during heavy rain, strong wind or rough water, and after sunset. If we can't run your ride safely, we'll move it to the next available slot, or cancel it and refund any advance in full. Everyone, including children, must wear a life jacket on board. Alcohol is not allowed on the boats, and swimming in the sea at the golden sand beach is not permitted.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp. Changes are free if you tell us at least 48 hours before your ride, subject to availability. If you cancel at least 48 hours before, any advance is refunded in full. Advances for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are not refunded.
